Local conversion to right-hand drive could be the way the Ford F-150 Lightning electric pick-up truck makes it on-sale in Australia. Another potential local conversion is the Ranger-based Bronco SUV. Separate to all this Ford Australia has commenced a plan to roll out five electrified vehicles by the end of 2024.

In 126 “mystery shopper” experiences at 82 car dealerships across Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, the team found that that dealers were dismissive of EVs; misinformed shoppers on vehicle specifications; omitted EVs from the sales conversation; and strongly oriented customers towards gasoline and diesel vehicle options.

If that’s your theory then you may have to re-evaluate after Ponway, California-based Plug-In Conversions Corp (PICC) completed a software upgrade conversion kit that enables all-electric mode driving at up to 70mph in a converted Prius. Electric cars have to be slow with limited speeds, don’t they?

The bio-methanol will be produced using biomass torrefaction and entrained flow gasification as new core technologies to deliver a petrol additive for partial replacement of mineral fuel. The novel gasification technology will convert the biomass into gas before a gas-to-liquid conversion renders it fit for biofuels production.

Several after-market companies have done PHEV conversions of the Ford Escape hybrid and one has done a retrofit of the F-150 pickup -- see Where PHEVs Are and ICE-Conversions.) I wish the thing was for sale as-is. Reply ↓ ↑ report 8 Roger Smith 3:45PM (4/25/2009) Why do they even sell the Gas ver of the car in the states the Diesel ver just makes more sense it gets almost twice the mileage of the petrol ver. But yes, there was no slalom to see how it handles the twisties. and 49 mpg.

Third, I dont understand why people feel it available in message chatting to speak in a manner they would doubtless not use in personal conversation. No single vehicle does it all even in todays petrol world. Second, the statement "the rest of your claims" are unanswerably indistinct. It does not reflect well upon you.
