CCAT receives $100K USDA grant to determine feasibility of alt fuel plants in Connecticut

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded a $100,000 Rural Business Enterprise grant to the not-for-profit Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT), based in East Hartford, Conn.
