Cohda Wireless will demonstrate the jointly-developed V2X reference solution consisting of Renesas’ R-Car W2R and R-Car W2H SoCs combined as a starter kit and Cohda Wireless’ software at the ITS World Congress 2016 taking place 10-14 October in Melbourne, Australia.

Toyota Motor Corporation will this summer in Japan begin rolling out “T-Connect”, a new telematics service, along with compatible navigation systems and a smartphone app. T-Connect features an interactive voice response service called “Agent”. Following approval by Toyota, apps will be hosted on the T-Connect app store.

At GTC Japan, NVIDIA introduced the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Xavier Developer Kit, a platform for building autonomous driving systems. The devkit includes a DRIVE AGX Xavier car computer, along with a vehicle harness to connect the platform to the car, international power supply, camera sensor and other accessories.
