The Cap-and-Trade auction proceeds provide funding for ARB’s advanced technology, clean transportation incentive programs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, expanding the types of projects ARB has funded in the past through AQIP. Staff has committed to re-evaluate these provisions annually.

The head of Chryslers ENVI division, Lou Rhodes, told AutoblogGreen this morning that Chrysler is marketing this battery-only version of the van to commercial fleet customers who typically have shorter range requirements. Thats such a pretty metallic blue; I would love to see these postal vehicles around my neighborhood. Looks sharp.
