Millions will plug-in their electric vehicles [EV], plug-in hybrids [PHEV] and fuel cell vehicles [FCV] at night when electricity is cheap, then plug-in during the day when energy is expensive and sell those extra electrons at a profit. Hybrid electric buses and heavy trucks could power many homes or a school or a hospital in an emergency.

Our Seres 3 Luxury grade wasn’t short on standard inclusions – heated and power faux leather seats included. It appears the model sells, or has sold, in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Israel. It merely suggested it was charging while adding no power or range. The calibration’s terrible.

Cheap to run but expensive to buy, they offer theprospect of low or zero carbon emissions, but manufacturers won’t sell themunless motorists want to buy them – and motorists won’t buy unless the priceis right and there are enough places to charge the batteries. Is it becuase US market prefers a "home" product?
