China’s Nio has pulled the drapes off the Nio ET9 it hopes will steal sales from luxurious European brands Mercedes-Maybach, Bentley and, even, Rolls-Royce when it lands in China in 2025 priced from 800,000 yuan ($165,000). The new motors are said to be capable of spinning up to 20,000rpm.
