Lightning eMotors partners with Soderholm Bus & Mobility to sell electric commercial vehicles in Hawaii

Soderholm will be installing Lightning eMotors’ fully electric powertrain systems in repowered applications in Hawaii, as well as buying new Lightning eMotors’ vans and shuttle buses. CALSTART: 1,215 MD and HD zero-emission trucks deployed in US; > 60% believed non-operational; > 140,000 more on order

CALSTART has published an inventory of Class 2b-8 zero-emission trucks (ZETs) in the US: “ Zeroing in on Zero-Emission Trucks.” The report finds that as of December 2021, 1,215 ZETs have been deployed in the United States across more than 163 fleets.
