The auto market in Germany saw plugin EVs take 22.9% Full electrics gained share, but were outpaced by the losses in plugin hybrid share, due to recent policy changes. Overall auto volume was 246,966 units, up by some 20% YoY, though down from pre-2020 norms. May’s overall plugin result of 22.9% year on year.

Norway increased its plugin electric vehicle market share to 91.1% The auto market is still settling down after policy changes that came in at the start of the year. Overall auto volume was 8,976 units, down 7.7% plugin hybrids (PHEVs). PHEVs shrunk in volume by some 28%, down to 703 units. year-on-year.
