The press day at the 2023 Detroit Auto Show was so quiet that I ended my day two states away – sleeping in my own bed in Chicago. I’ve said it before and I will say it again – I have no worries about the future of auto shows as public events. I believe as long as people can buy cars, they will pay to attend auto shows.
