The composition of the biodiesel itself uses the average shares of rapeseed oil (48%), palm oil (27%), waste oils (15%), soya oil (5%), tallow & grease (4%), etc. In Europe, the car market is skewed in favor of diesels through regulation and tax policies. Diesel fuel is taxed between 10% and 40% less than gasoline in most countries.

Well, America’s auto industry delivered over 100,000. That helped us become the world’s greatest industrial power. It helps that the auto industry will be building more efficient new vehicles. We’ve already decided we’re going to fix already-built houses, offices and factories that waste energy.

The entire auto industry has given up on investing in Hydrogen cars. What a waste. ICE vehicles will attract carbon taxes in many countries due to the air pollution they cause. In a car, I would rather sit on top of safe LFP batteries than sit over explosive Hydrogen canisters. They plan to keep investing more money.

To ignore this potential is wasteful and foolish. It is wasteful and destructive to be burning this versatile molecule; we must stop. The electrical system has perhaps 85% excess capacity most of the year which means we are wasting money in excess electric generation and distribution infrastructure and resources.

Toyotas Nickel-Metal Hydride batteries are considered "non-hazardous waste" [See "high voltage electrical systems" ]. Objections have come from those who say that this name puts advocates on the defensive to auto industry views that plugging in is bad (Ads for hybrids emphasize that "you dont have to plug it in.").

V2G helps solve the major problem that demand for electricity is high during the day when everything from industrial plants to air conditioning is running full blast and then excess electricity is wasted at night. Hybrid electric buses and heavy trucks could power many homes or a school or a hospital in an emergency.
