In 386 miles driving through Southern California, aided by the start/stop (where the engine shuts off when not needed), we averaged 23.7 Where we did much better was on a 102-mile freeway run in either Eco or Smart mode and with the adaptive cruise control set at 65 mph, we achieved 27.5 New Vehicle – Five years/60,000 miles.

Mazda has been repositioning itself into the premium category, and the CX-90 will give it a larger SUV to compete with the Acura MDX , Buick Enclave , Kia Telluride , Hyundai Palisade , Subaru Ascent and Toyota Highlande r.
