CARB releases 2022 draft Scoping Plan update

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. 10% of aviation fuel demand is met by electricity (batteries) or hydrogen (fuel cells) in 2045. Phase out oil and gas extraction operations by 2045.
