Japanese car manufacturer Nissan continues to make progress on its Nissan Green Program 2010 mid-term environmental plan and has now announced an update in its status - along with the announcement of a clean-diesel engine for the Japanese market. Now it will introduce a clean-diesel engine into the Japanese market in spring 2010.

He should know, he’s test driven all the new electrics including the Teslas and the new Nissan. The drive train comes from legendary AC Propulsion maker of the E-Box which Greenius readers have read about since December of 2007 when I got my first test ride. He’s been driving a RAV-4 EV for many years.

Nissan Motor Co., provided an update on its progress under the Nissan Green Program 2010 (NGP 2010) mid-term environmental plan.
