People might be bored reading about the Prius but a review on four Priuses (2004, 2005, two 2006s) that my family owns that ran a total of 913k km (570k miles) should be interesting, right? The catalytic converter that keeps the ICE from being a gross polluter in conventional cars and hybrids however, isn't kept warm by the continual embrace of an ever-churning engine in a hybrid with all-electric range. A supplemental electric heater comes right to mind. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to offer solutions.

Mercedes-Benz presented the new B-Class F-CELL, its first (limited) series production fuel-cell powered electric vehicle available in the US ( earlier post ), at the Los Angeles Auto Show. By 2012, a total of 200 of these cars will be on the roads in California and Europe.
