Deret thus required a different solution for the trucks supplying the temporary storage facility in Genneviller. Almost 2000 were delivered to corporate customers in Japan last year. I'd like to see a ten year commitment to free charging, underwritten by participating automakers and government.

Mitsubishi Motors offering i-MiEV in two trim levels: more affordable and more capable

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) will offer the i-MiEV electric vehicle in two trim levels in Japan. MMC has sold around 4,000 i-MiEV units in Japan after two years (deliveries to governmental and local authorities began in July 2009) and has exported more than 10,000 units including those supplied to PSA Peugeot Citroën.

Peugeot Releases Specs, Pricing Package for the iOn EV

Peugeot has released the specifications for the iOn EV—based on the Mitsubishi iMiEV ( earlier post )—in advance of the Paris Auto Show. The motor is supplied with a 330 V three-phase alternating current (AC) from the inverter which is supplied with a 330 V direct current (DC) from the main battery pack.
