These zoning decisions blow in whatever direction the development winds are gusting in the city at the moment and there is no consistency, logic or equity in the decisions made. When I got back from Japan in 2000 I didn’t want to start a computer business. In 2000 there couldn’t have been too many old timers in the solar industry.

A 220 volt socket like on your water heater or dryer would be better, ad these typically have 40 or 50 amp circuits, so they can deliver 8,000 to 10,000 watts - is this what they mean? In one of those alternative realities Al Gore got elected President in 2000 and because he understood what was happening with CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions he made cutting emissions, and developing renewable and clean energy sources our country’s focus and goals. Too few people give a shit about that title. .
