The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. Just two people live in its 3000+ energy-wasting square feet. It’s just this mind-blowing waste of time. That’s spinning.

To ignore this potential is wasteful and foolish. Furthermore, even the older version PHEV can recharge at a slow rate using local solar, wind, water-derived or other net zero CO 2 fuel. A thinking person should ask, “How did the Leaf owner travel the unaccounted miles, the ones that were not e-miles?”

They aimed more smokestacks at us and dumped toxic waste in our neighborhoods while they paid off the cops and the justice system to get away with it. Hey, it’s not personal. That just ain’t right. And it ain’t a wise way to go when dealing with wise guys like us. It’s strictly business. But I digress.
