This Educational Tour will be in, as mentioned, the All American "Spirit of DC" - Toyota Prius PHEV, which has been demonstrating the goal of 101 MPG, assisted by electricity. Currently, we're in need of human resources in staging the Tour de AZ. Maybe the "Spirit" can grab an opportunity charge from a common 110-volt AC outlet.
