A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! After all, if the US Stimulus Package program could do "Cash for Clunkers," then why not "Cash for Conversions!". And that's what the "Spirit" is about -- showing and telling with 'seeing-is-believing' attitude of what a plug and an extra battery pack can do!

This Educational Tour will be in, as mentioned, the All American "Spirit of DC" - Toyota Prius PHEV, which has been demonstrating the goal of 101 MPG, assisted by electricity. Currently, we're in need of human resources in staging the Tour de AZ. In fact, "Cash for Clunkers" should also be expanded to "Cash for Conversions!"
