Should I, as the owner of an , Outlander PHEV, , Nissan LEAF , BMW i3, , Hyundai Kona or , Ioniq, or any of the , other multitude of EVs on the road, be allowed to plug in to publicly accessible Tesla HPWCs? An Outlander PHEV plugged into a Tesla HPWC using a TeslAnything Adaptor. The answer isn't cut and dry.
