US sales of the Ford brand this week topped 2 million vehicles for the first time since 2007. In 2010, Ford brand sales reached 1,756,439 units, up 21.5% Total Ford Motor Company sales (Ford, Lincoln and Mercury) in 2010 totalled 1.935 million, up 19.4% Utility sales have grown 32.1%, and truck sales have grown 10.3%.
