Decarbonization will take decades, and in the case of large-scale installations like wind farms and solar farms, we will see NIMBY-style (Not In My Back Yard) opposition to siting. Wind and solar farms are alternatives to fossil fuel-fired power plants. That is the only comparison that matters.

Wind noise was low with a respectable 0.34 Access to the cargo area, with tie downs, lights, a first aid kit and under-floor compartments, is through a power lift gate. Comparison Test: 2019 Lexus UX 200 & 250h Hybrid. The AWD kept body lean, even on the hardest of corners, manageable and predictable.

An Eco Savings Record screen, new to both the 2012 updated Prius and the Prius Plug-in, allows drivers to measure their savings over a customizable pre-set comparison vehicle. In place of a spare tire, the Prius Plug-in carries a tire-sealing kit and inflator. The Prius Plug-in reduced vehicle weight in other areas as well.

People are scared that they’ll get stuck and have no way of charging the batteries, hey I have an idea why not build a wind turbine on the roof that way as you drive the turbine spins and charges the battery. How about using a competition sailplane for comparison, instead? Just think they may have a rapid charging option today.
