Omnitek Enters Peruvian Market with $4.5M CNG Conversion Contract

Omnitek Engineering Corporation is entering the market in Peru with an exclusive distribution agreement and a $4.5 as the company’s exclusive agent in Peru. The conversion project, which is expected to commence in April and be completed over a two-year period, is being financed by the natural gas supplier GNC Energia Peru S.A.

Eaton signs long-term agreement with Argentine bus manufacturer TATSA to design and supply hybrid systems

The hybrid system combines a Cummins diesel engine with an electric motor that has a peak power output of 44 kW. As a member of the Argentine commercial vehicle industry, TATSA is engaged in an expansion process in both domestic and international markets. The company is also planning to set up another plant in Fort Valley, GA in 2011.
