I mean, when the electricity it uses is produces, pollution still happens, just not "right from your car"? That being said, even a car that derives its energy from coal power plants would be far more clean. excluding coal power in china. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. The mines in Canada where the nickel & cadmium are mined is one of the most polluted places on Earth.
