Seems like a perfect use for some stimulus money, don’t it? I love AB32 and the necessary slap in the face it brings my fellow California citizens who may not have been paying attention to the climate situation. Oh yeah - none of has any money. And our homes are worth less now and nobody wants to lend us any more.
