This is further supported by the London Mayor, Boris Johnson, who has announced his plan to introduce 25,000 ‘juice points’ (charging stations), for electric cars throughout the city.

Inside, a row of three buttons lets users select among Hybrid (the default), Electric (when the battery is charged), and e-Save (to hold battery charge for later use) modes. Default: hybrid, not EV.

We were down to a SoC of 30% by the time we hit Krishnagiri; this was because we had not charged the car from the time we picked it up at the dealership.
