Ford Motor Company and Portland General Electric will collaborate to help prepare the city of Portland and the Pacific Northwest for the operation of electric vehicles. PGE is partnering with state and local government, higher education, the automobile industry, and businesses to expand the electric vehicle infrastructure in Oregon.

"The Volt is a case study. " In other words, General Motors is going to lose its shirt until the Volt establishes itself in the marketplace. General Motors has sought $10.3 Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. Way to go morons.
