Thomas is only 18 miles long, so range anxiety is not an issue. I was at a trade fair and I saw this little neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV). We were thinking of organizing a group on our own, but then we realized there was no reason to reinvent the wheel, that we’d be better off with the Electric Auto Association.
