In the lead-up to the Chicago Auto Show, we got a teaser photo two days ago of a Kia "rugged runabout" concept that will be unveiled there in 10 days. The photo--a wintry shot of the front end of a car in an artful snow storm--immediately made us think that Kia might add electric all-wheel drive to its Soul tall wagon.
