Well, America’s auto industry delivered over 100,000. That helped us become the world’s greatest industrial power. Since our cars and trucks use almost two-thirds of the oil we buy, the quickest way to cut oil use is to free transportation from its grip. Over time, we can conserve by reducing the miles we drive.

It believes that many of the domestic industry’s problems stem from an underestimation of US consumer demand for green cars. Or should Americans be allowed to buy the vehicles they want irrespective of environmental damage or a lack of resources? Does something need to be done to push petrol prices up?

Electric Cars and The Volt Can Transform America and the Auto Industry TODAY!!! It is basically a 40 mile per hour / 40 mile electric car. While a series hybrid is good, the Toyota Prius gets 100 miles per gallon because after the 20 miles of pure EV mode, it kicks into a hybrid-electric car.
