It appears that Tesla is attempting to enforce its no-resale agreement on the Cybertruck, as one owner says that they’ve been blacklisted from buying future vehicles from the company. “Tesla may also refuse to sell you any future vehicles.”

Currently normalized worldwide cost per vehicle in Austin and Berlin are already very close to that of Fremont. We have hundreds of them in different cities, in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, New York, a lot of different locations. And if the company generates a lot of positive cash flow, we could obviously buy back shares.
