In 2019, Clean Energy unveiled ambitious goals to exclusively offer zero-carbon Redeem at all of its fueling stations by 2025. At this pace Clean Energy would outdistance other alternative fuels, including electric vehicles, which are not expected to hit that mark until 2045.

But, since Kia did not design nor is marketing the Sportage Hybrid as a sport compact crossover, we were perfectly satisfied with its handling and cornering abilities. New Design: Out and In. All retain the brand’s signature Tiger Nose grille with boomerang daytime running lights being a key design feature. Room for adults.

In addition to the above drive modes, there are four power modes designed to maximize the efficiency of the Escape PHEV. While not designed nor marketed as a sports crossover, the handling was solid and confident.
