The overall auto market saw volumes of 13.342 units, up almost 16% YoY, and higher than May 2019. combined plugin total was made up of 80.7% more of the remaining market than last year.

Overall auto volume was 287,825 units, up some 18% YoY, though still some 19% down from March 2019 levels. March’s combined plugin share of 22.4% plugin hybrids (PHEVs).

Sweden’s auto market saw plugin electric vehicle share continue to grow strongly in December, reaching a record 74.6%, up from 60.7% Overall, auto volume for the month was up 28% year on year, but still 18% down from December 2019. Full year 2022 saw auto volumes fall by 4% compared to 2021, and fall by over 19% compared to 2019.
