Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) will launch a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model of the all-new Outlander crossover SUV with a new-generation PHEV system. Outlander PHEV launched in the US in 2016 as a 2017 model-year vehicle. The gasoline model of the all-new Outlander was released in North America in April 2021.

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) delivered 635 Outlander PHEV vehicles to the National Police of Ukraine on 25 May through its local importer and distributor MMC Ukraine. The vehicle order stems from an emissions trading agreement signed by a number of Japanese companies with the Government of Ukraine.

Russia’s Irkut Corporation has selected the Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan PurePower PW1000G engine ( earlier post ) to power the Irkut MC-21 aircraft. The Irkut MC-21 is a family of 150 to 210 passenger aircraft with first flight planned for 2014 and entry into service in 2016.
