Fuel cell technology is running in comepetition with long-range battery electric vehicles. The h-tron concept car shows that we have also mastered fuel cell technology.

BMW unveiled the BMW i8 2+2 plug-in hybrid sports car ( earlier post ) today at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. As well as providing a power boost to assist the gasoline engine during acceleration, the electric motor can also power the vehicle by itself. The occupant protection concept is rounded off by standard safety equipment.
