Multifamily housing developer HHHunt is working with EV infrastructure provider EnviroSpark to install and upgrade charging stations at 38 apartment properties in the Southeast. EnviroSpark’s deal with HHHunt includes a comprehensive maintenance contract. Residents will pay for charging on a kilowatt-hour basis.

EVs Cost Less to Maintain A recent study by Consumer Reports on repair and maintenance data from thousands of drivers shows that EV drivers pay about half of what drivers of fossil-fuel-powered vehicles pay for maintenance and repairs. Depending on where you live, you could get an incentive for installing a charger, too.
