The UK has been an epicentre for drivers with a green conscience for many years. Hyundai, which has already enjoyed great success in the UK since the implementation of the scrappage scheme , has now announced plans to invest W9.3trillion this year with W4.1trillion to go towards green growth projects. It has also outlined the aim to become one of the top four green car companies in the world.

The vehicle sold 27,712 units - that’s almost four times the 7,058 units it sold in the same month last year, according to data from the Japan Automotive Dealers Association. This is the third successive month that the Prius has been the top-selling car in Japan (see previous article ).
