Provisions include: A maximum credit of $2,500 is available for electric drive low-speed vehicles, motorcycles and three-wheeled vehicles. Energy-Efficient Federal Motor Vehicle Fleet Procurement. Minimum capacity of a qualified battery is 4 kWh.

Smart has begun testing a small electric fleet in England. Consumers in the market for a new car are trapped into purchasing a somewhat more efficient gasser.

The Piaggio MP3 is a three wheeled maxi-scooter already being sold in the USA! Thats double the milage of a Prius and a lot more fun!
