Region 6 (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas) will accept applications requesting up to $2,500,000 in grant funds.

They’ll be deployed in Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Executive Order 14057 calls for the 657,500-strong federal vehicle fleet to be electrified by 2035.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of $26 million in grant funding to establish clean diesel projects aimed at reducing emissions from the US’ existing fleet of diesel engines. Region 6 (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas): EPA is requesting proposals between $400,000 and $2,700,000.
