Vehicle fleets across the United States are transitioning from internal combustion engine (ICE) to electric vehicles, and that includes school bus fleets. What makes school bus fumes especially dangerous is that they often end up making their way into the vehicle cabins , schoolyards and playgrounds, and residential neighborhoods.

MYTH 1: EVs are not really green because they increase the demand for energy generated by traditional fossil-fuel power plants. The key factor to how much smaller, is the type of fuel used to power generators, and that is highly dependent on where the EV is located. Fuel-wise, electric is cheaper than gasoline, hands down.
