Volvo has flipped its usual script with the 2023 XC60 Recharge plug-in hybrid, but it hasn’t sacrificed any of the benefits of owning a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV), which is the perfect bridge between a gasoline and electric power. Because of this we don’t address issues such as long-term reliability or total cost of ownership.
