The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted a Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Re-Adoption Concept Paper, which will be discussed during the LCFS workshop on 11 March 2014. The concept paper provides an overview of new elements being considered as part of the 2014 LCFS rulemaking effort.
