That being said, even a car that derives its energy from coal power plants would be far more clean.

Some housekeeping The 7kW slow charger hasn’t been installed in my society due to some complications that maybe covered in a separate post. I have been on exactly one ICE (dinasour juice* consuming Internal Combustion Engine vehicles) roadtrip prior to this. Gotta love the free and the fast juice at MG’s Fortum Chargers.

Renewables That Even Coal-Based Utilities Can Love. Installation will be made of thousands of in-home control devices and the necessary systems to fully automate home energy use. The new plug-in vehicle will be able to exceed highway speed limits, go 100 miles on a charge and recharge in four to eight hours using a 220-volt line, similar to those for clothes dryers, said Mark Perry, director of product planning for Nissan North America. Nissan plans to roll out the car in 12 to 15 markets next year, Perry said.
