I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Nuclear waste is a problem much harder to solve than CO2, and dams have quite an impact in the environment. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. In one of those alternative realities Al Gore got elected President in 2000 and because he understood what was happening with CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions he made cutting emissions, and developing renewable and clean energy sources our country’s focus and goals. But nothing we did could gain the parks any more love or funding.
