With two Electric cars, at the time a Nissan Lean and Mitsubishi Outlander, we use a considerable amount of electricity but not much petrol, so already we were a reasonable way down the less CO2 road. The LuxPower has a WI -Fi connection and can be access via a web browser, more of this later. Tons of CO2. .

Nuclear waste is a problem much harder to solve than CO2, and dams have quite an impact in the environment. Reply Neutral Haikibutsu @ Apr 19th 2009 4:31PM It would be better if there was a 7 point or more: 3 for power and ground, and 4 for a USB-like connection to tell you things like car status, power, etc. Is this the Zune HD?

Individuals and businesses lose months and connect fees when they add solar and other forms of renewable energy to the grid. So while my car is powering the great city during the day how will I have juice to drive home at the end of the day? The current electrical grid is poorly designed for distributed generation of power. Email Neal.

A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. The fact that no journalists do their research to bring up all those connections is sad, sad. Generating electricity from wind and geothermal rather than a CO2 producing sources would help alleviate that problem. Call it the EV2?
