CARB settles with American Honda Motor for $6.9M for violations of air quality regulations on small off-road engines

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) reached a settlement agreement with American Honda Motor Corporation, Inc. Honda) of Torrance, California for $6.9 This is the second enforcement action against Honda in the past two years. Honda failed these tests demonstrating evaporative emissions of gasoline above the legal limit.
