Thanks to extended federal tax credits and robust New Jersey state EV charging incentives, this is the best time to invest in EV charging. The 30C credit covers up to 30% or $30,000 of the up-front costs for purchasing and installing EV charging infrastructure and equipment for qualified properties and businesses.

The Interior Department’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is announcing a new priority Wind Energy Area in the New York Bight—an area of shallow waters between Long Island and the New Jersey coast. Achieving this target also will unlock a pathway to 110 GW by 2050, the Administration said.

Clean Vehicle Credit : This $7,500 credit was renamed, reshaped, and split in two parts: $3,750 if the vehicle’s battery is manufactured or assembled in North America. The IRA restores the 30% tax credit for an EVSE, and its cost of installation, to a maximum credit of $1000 (businesses may claim a larger amount).
