ITM Power has signed a fuel contract with Honda (UK), which will purchase hydrogen at £10/kg (US$12.91/kg). The contract covers fuel dispensed across ITM Power’s hydrogen refueling network. The Honda Fuel Cell Clarity has a hydrogen tank capacity of 5.46

Another name that hasn’t grabbed quite the same headlines, but is yet another example of a green car push among supercar manufacturers is the Scorpion from Ronn Motors. So, in effect, this is a supercar capable of around 200mph and yet it has very clean emissions. The vehicle is said to produce hydrogen in real time.

A team from the University of Michigan and Ford’s Research and Advanced Engineering group in Dearborn has studied the effects of ethanol on reducing particulate emissions from a direct injection spark ignition (DISI) engine by comparing neat anhydrous ethanol with a baseline fuel of reference grade gasoline (indolene).
