Porsche said it has delivered more than 1,500 Panamera E-Hybrid plug-in hybrids ( earlier post ) to customers worldwide from January to August 2014. The plug-in has a $96,100 starting MSRP in the US. Panamera E-Hybrid plug-in sales thus also represent 1.3% This represents 9% of all Panamera models sold during that time (16,700).

Pure electric cars registered a decrease of 29% to 16,700 vehicles, while plug-in hybrids saw almost 14,000 new clients, up by 7%. As expected, new car registrations in Europe faced a steady decline in April. Volume fell from 1.34 million units in April 2019 to 292,600 vehicles in April 2020, according to JATO Dynamics.
