Velotric gets UL certification for the battery and bike This is incredibly important because UL certification is the gold standard for e-bike safety these days. The battery is certified to UL 2849 and the entire e-bike’s drive system is certified to UL 2271. Velotric is different.

A typical 5-7 kWh golf cart battery can be charged for less than one dollar in most states.
